Inquiry & booking privacy notice

This notice explains how HIGATE MEDIA LLC handles information you submit through our Facebook or Instagram inquiry forms and when booking a discovery call.

Information you provide

Our inquiry form requests your name, email address, project goals, and an optional phone number. If you choose to book a call, Google Calendar collects the booking details requested on its booking page, including your selected appointment time and contact details.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand your project, discuss our services, and arrange or manage your requested appointment. Submitting this form does not enroll you in a newsletter or authorize unrelated promotional messages.

Services involved

Meta processes information submitted through its forms under its own policies and makes the submitted inquiry available to HIGATE. Google provides our Calendar booking, meeting, and email services and processes information under its own policies. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell inquiry contact information.

Retention and choices

We retain inquiry and booking information as needed to respond, manage the relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information, request access, or stop follow-up by emailing hello@higatemedia.com. We may need to verify your request and retain information where required by law.
